Frequently asked questions
Are these the real test questions?
No. They're unofficial practice questions that Caliber wrote from each test's public study material. The real tests' questions differ. Caliber isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any state agency.
Is test prep free?
Practice sets are free. Timed, full-length mock exams and weak-topic tracking are part of Caliber Pro.
Can I take my FSC, LTC or hunter ed test in Caliber?
No. The official tests are given by the state or its approved instructors. Caliber helps you prepare.
Which states' hunter education does it cover?
State hunter education courses follow the same national standards (safe handling in the field, tree stands, zones of fire, shot placement, ethics, survival and conservation), so the practice questions are useful in any state. Always take your own state's official course.
